Global community - local belonging
VRCC is a club and community for those who ride, are a passenger on, or are interested in acquiring a Honda Valkyrie. The club was founded in 1999 in the USA and consists of over 41,000 registered members worldwide. In Europe we arre about 5000.
VRCC Norway was founded in 2001 and is today one of 25 European chapters, with 237 registered members (December 2024)
In 2024, over 300 Honda Valkyries were registered in Norway. Many bikes are still imported annually, and the market and interest have been growing. With this comes the need for information and knowledge, as many of the bikes are over 25 years old. VRCC ties the Valkyrie community together. If you need parts, technical advice or are looking for a Valkyrie, then VRCC is the club for you. Through the warm and inclusive environment, valuable connections and friendships are formed where the common denominator is the passion for the legendary power cruiser Honda Valkyrie.
Membership in VRCC is free and non-binding. We are a club without political ties or marked hierarchy. We are concerned with recruitment and are an open and inclusive community. You are therefore welcome at our meetings and activities regardless of your club affiliation or whether you ride a different bike. We strive to help each other, and the club spirit is described by members as relaxed and positive with inclusion across age groups and different walks of life.
VRCC Norway is run by volunteer Valkyrie enthusiasts. Membership is free and we hope you can take two minutes to register if you are not already a member. The club is run by income from the sale of effects, donations and sponsorship income. Through membership you get access to our entire global network, while we welcome you to all our local activities in Norway. We also keep in touch through forums, websites and several Facebook groups.
In Europe, an international Valkyrie meeting is organized annually by the VRCC, called InZane. The member countries are rolling in organizing, and in August 2024 VRCC Norway hosted the 16th European InZane at Straand Hotell in Vrådal in Telemark. with 170. participants from 16 countries. In addition to this, many local meetings are organized around Europe every summer that you can take part in. In Norway we have annual summer meetings, but in 2024 this was replaced by InZane. We also arrange other activities and trips at irregular intervals, and try to increase the activity in line with members interest.
In 2025, we will organize the summer meeting Valkyrie Glacier & Fjords at Gaupnetunet Hotell og Hytter in idyllic Sogn. Set the dates 31/7 - 3/8 already now. More info to come!

Meetings and gatherings
In recent years, we have had a number of social activities of various sizes. Some of these meetings are organized by the VRCC, and others are created on the initiative of the members. What everyone has in common is a combination of great rides, good food and socializing.
Our aim in Norway is to have annual meetings with good and varied content at a reasonable price. The InZane meeting in 2024 was an exception, as it was an all-inclusive hotel meeting packed with content.

see our large activity calendar.
Track day
We have entered into an agreement with Mckurs.org to arrange an annual track day in the spring. This takes place at Varnabanen in Østfold, and we are adding this to a weekend so that as many people as possible have the opportunity to participate. The date for 2025 is 03.05. More info and registration
This is a great safety measure, and a unique opportunity to test and develop your own skills with your own bike under the guidance of professional instructors who give you personal feedback. The instructors are from the motorcycle police and Cheetah racing.

Rides
Throughout the season, we invite you to pleasant rides and excursions. Some are planned, and others are spontaneous. Most of the rides organized by the club take place in southern Norway, but we have also had rides organized by members in the north.
Take the initiative and contact us if you need help arranging a ride.
Technical advice
If you need help with technical questions, most of our members are more than willing to help you. Feel free to use our Facebook group to get in touch with other members.
There are several workshops in Norway that are competent at Valkyries, and through our international network it is also possible to get help with what you need. See our links for more info.

Parts and motorcycles
Through our large network at home and abroad, you can find everything you need in terms of parts for your Valkyrie. If you want assistance with getting a bike, we can help you with that too!
There is good availability of normal wear parts, and there is still a large selection of accessories and other parts available. Several manufacturers and individuals also make new parts, so it is entirely possible to have your classic as your first bike for many more years.
