The meeting took place 17.06 - 19.06, and the base was again at Frya Leir in Gudbransdalen. On Friday, Anne Mette, Kai Roar, Tommy and Anita met at Gran. The trip went along Randsfjorden and the first stop was at Pitstop Diner at Dokka. Then the trip went over Valdresflya. There was a late lunch at Bygdin before the trip continued towards Gudbransdalen.
We had a great time on Friday night. The weather wasn't great, so it was a nice evening inside the common room at Frya.

Saturday started with a nice breakfast at Frya. More participants joined us, and we were just over 20 people for the group tour. The route was a round trip across Venabygdsjellet. The first stop was at Solbergplassen view point with the picturesque backdrop of Lake Atnsjøen and the round shaped mountains of Rondane. The motif is also well known from Harald Sohlberg's painting "Winter Night in the Mountains".
We then headed to Atnasjø café for a delicious lunch in beautiful surroundings. The café and the yard are an attraction in themselves. We took another photo stop up on the mountain before driving back to Frya.

After the trip it was time for a barbecue and socializing. We also had a visit from a couple of people in the evening, which was very nice. Tommy also got to test drive Dag-Karel's HD Pan America. A powerful machine. All in all, a successful meeting with lots of fun, shared experiences and good stories.
